Every paired coin that has reached 20 000 dollars in market cap gets a slot in the rotation on the right. The paired coin with the highest market cap holds the large panel on the left for as long as it stays on top. The board is read from the chain and updates by itself.
pump.fun lets a new coin be created with another pump.fun coin as its quote instead of SOL. Launch your coin anywhere, on pump.fun itself or through any tool, and choose AD as the quote. That is all. There is nothing to register and no form to fill in: the site reads the chain every 30 seconds, finds every coin quoted in AD, and lists it here with its market cap within a minute. The launch page on this site is only a convenience that sets the quote for you.
The levels are in dollars of market cap, read from pump.fun. Reaching a level once is enough. Everything below a reached level is included.
Every coin whose quote mint is AD, found on the chain automatically, newest first, with the market cap at the last reading, the highest reading we have seen and the level reached. No one has to submit anything.

AD is a pump.fun coin. It is the coin every launch on this site is paired against, so purchases of paired coins pass through it. The contract address is shown here and in the top bar once the coin exists.

Any other tool that supports pump.fun's pair-with-a-coin launch works the same way. The coin shows up here on its own. The launch page on this site does the same thing with the quote already filled in.
Nothing is submitted by hand. The page reads the same records anyone can read.
The pump.fun program stores the quote mint in each bonding curve account. Every 30 seconds we ask the Solana RPC for every curve whose quote mint equals AD, then read the mint of each new coin from the curve's token account. No one has to register anything.
The dollar market cap comes from pump.fun's public coin record, the same number shown on the coin's pump.fun page. It is read once a minute for each paired coin.
When a reading is at or above a level on the ladder, that level and the time are written to the record for the coin. Levels are kept even if the market cap falls afterwards.
The billboard slot is automatic. The Dexscreener profile, the X account and the website are made by us and announced from the AD account on X when they are live.
